Neal Brown FIRED………
”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

Buckeye fans on most social media are huge idiots who have no idea what is involved. it is a good thing neither the fans nor the AD have control on what happens to day. I think they hired Day for the long haul, especially through this uncertain period. I don't like Chip Kelly. I think he is a terrible coach. That is no secret, I thought what Day let happen with the game plan in the Game was not his brightest shining moment, but today he got the 2nd ranked qb in the nation to reafirm his commitment.
My view on when it is time to fire a coach, especailly in today's environment, is when he no longer has support of his team. Day's players are firmly behind him. The kids on social media who have never been through really bad tims should shut up or they may get what they thought they wanted and we end up losing to Michigan for the next 20 years.

I agree with this. Fans think coaching should generate Conference or national championships in a few years or the coach needs to be fired. It's short sighted.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.
The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.
See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

It usually does come down to winning or losing and recruiting.
