Well sports fans, finally something to bring cheer to the home front. After a poor start to the year the team had excellent defense last week at Notre Dame/ This week the offense showed up and UL won 48-16 on it's home field. Each team left at least one touchdown on the field. UL had a record 10 pass breakups in this game including goal line stands at the end of the 3rd quarter and again at the end of the fourth quarter. This is a big improvement compared to the earlier games; and, the rest of the season are those 50-50 games and there is a slim chance to win out..
I do not miss playing Clemson (LOL); I do miss not getting a chance at UK though.
Good weekend, Swamp Daddy

Re: FSU at Louisville
-------------------------------------------------------------
This is a great win for Louisville ...
Maybe they can use this as their turning point, to build toward a semi successful season.
Florida State looked to be making that transition into a real team, rather than a bunch of individuals hoping to make a play --- They looked improved against Notre Dame, and then took a giant leap forward the way they played against North Carolina.
They had a lot of momentum heading into Louisville.
Instead of seeing the Seminoles reemergence; we saw the Cardinals carry over the development from a week ago.
With both teams looking to grow and get better, it was an important game for both, as not only progressing further into this season, but also, advancement for future's sake. [recruiting, program perception and such]

Re: FSU at Louisville
Looks bleak for FSU...the defense has been horrible....but maybe a bye week will help....
