That seems pretty difficult. I'll start researching, but for a guess to start things, how about 67?

I counted 79 since 1982, but that's all that NFL.com could give me.

Jeeez...we need to handicap Ktffan...his sites/software put him in another class in these games. On some questions, I just sit back and see if Ktffan already has it before I look for something...

Outstanding reply...Ktffan..I am in awe.

PS...you can't be manually crunching this data...can you?

No, I have some 140,000 college football games databased, plus other information including the entire NFL draft.

Ktffan, your answer and mine don't match up, but they are very close. In the interest of not having to look all of this up, I am giving it to you as close enough. I had 188.

I'm not surprised. I don't 100% trust my info on this and there are intangibles that are hard to figure (ie Browne, Brown), supplemental drafts and the like. Plus, like I pointed out, there's one guy with "Brown" as his first name.

I was prepared to guess numbers around it.

I've had different platforms over the years. Currently, it's home is an Access Database and I'm transfering it to a protected one for a Visual Basic program I'm writing and to a mysql database for web accessing. In all probability, the Access Database will remain it's home, even should I cease to use my sql queries I have for it, as I've become so comfortble updating it in that form.
