We get a little more cranky in the off-season .... kind of like the reaction one gets when they take away a kid's lollipop.
Some pout, some get mad, some want to fight, some get philosophical, some get rational, some get irrational, some swear off college football, some go into denial, some do the chest pounding thing, some are happy, some are sad, some talk about gardening, while some talk about lawn care ........
