I came back……. I came back again…… back again, still head scratching……. back again, I’m going to play my ‘hunch’ this weekend, or in other words, I ain’t got a clue, even when I flip my Kennedy half dollar it comes up E Pluribus Unum. OK, back again, I changed my mind, yet again. I feel like a fish outta water, just floppin’ around.

(1.) Iowa……. Teams beginning with a ‘W’ are going to have a chore with these “I” guys
(2.) Rutgers…… defense and turnovers will tell the tale
(3.) Georgia Tech…. I like Mack, but I’m not from Chapel Hill
(4.) Ball State….. hope the fans are dancing after the game
(5.) Texas….. my grandma told me, “If you can’t say something good, don’t say anything’
(6.) Penn State… their Coach wants a longer runway at the airport
(7.) Notre Dame….. I suspect their subs will get a lot of playing time this weekend
(8.) Louisville….. say ‘Hi’ to Tommy for me. Ask him about what he learned with that boiling hot cup of tea and a saucer.
(9.) Pittsburgh….. tihs tae
(10.) UCF…… speed kills, but remember to watch out for Critters that like honey and mice
(11.) San Diego State….. take your jackets
(12.) Bowling Green…… NO GUTTER BALLS
(13.) Arizona
(14.) Washington State….. this state comes before the Spin Cycle
(15.) Texas State…… are the stars really that big and bright
(16.) Ohio State….. no complaints here about the length of the runway
(17.) LSU
(18.) Kentucky….. they make really good chicken
(19.) New Mexico…. hopefully you can keep that bunch grounded
(20.) Kansas State

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

Saturday, October 12th

(1.) Washington --- [if this were a night game I would've went with the Hawkeyes]
(2.) Rutgers --- [this I went back`n'forth on]
(3.) Georgia Tech --- [ironically; Mack is reminding me of O'Leary as of late]
(4.) Ball State --- [these teams are kinda like a bucket of kerosene & a flare gun in a city dump ..?]
(5.) Texas --- [I don't see the upset this year]
(6.) USC --- [the metric says no; it just feels like a bumper game for the Nittany Lions]
(7.) Notre Dame --- [did I almost go with the Trees because I believed it; Or did I just want it ..?]
(8.) Virginia --- [have these two flipped their trajectory ..?]
(9.) Pittsburgh --- [I really came close to taking Cal; this would be a breakout win for them]
(10.) Cincinnati --- [is this game still scheduled ..? I thought Milton was gonna cross over there]
(11.) Wyoming --- [north and cold ... are the guys from South California ready for Autumn ..?]
(12.) Bowling Green --- [tough to decide when both are comparably bad]
(13.) Arizona --- [kickoff at 4 which for them is 2 ... not a Provo Prime Time special]
(14.) Fresno State --- [I've gotta find some upset games; why not a future Pac-?? opponent]
(15.) Texas State --- [I've seen `em play and they look pretty decent]
(16.) Oregon --- [if it were in the Shoe I'd take the `Bucks]
(17.) Ole Miss --- [the Tigers are still trying to find themselves]
(18.) Vanderbilt --- [I had to give at least one improbable]
(19.) New Mexico --- [then again the Falcons game style could cause em problems]
(20.) Colorado --- [did I just jinx them ..?]
