Sorry guys. I meant to get in last week. It has been hectic. My golf team has a shot to make the state tournament and I have been focused on keeping them focused. Not the easiest thing to do with 15-18 year old girls. Especially during homecoming week. Hopefully I will make it back in this week.

I thought it was something along those lines ...

Glad to see your team is doing well. As for the Picks; get the weeks in that you can, I'll keep up with the ones you post.

Interesting the choice of Spence to use the word “Hectic”…..…. an adjective and is characterized by intense agitation, excitement, chaotic, wild, frenzied or frantic behavior.

I would imagine this could be the plight Spence is dealing with……. although the wardrobe would be a visor, golf shirt, slacks and a pair of spikes.

Exactly, and I have some of my graduate college golfers coming back wanting me to help them with their swings. An order high school teacher of mine once said " they all come back", he was right.

That’s so great……. they oftentimes figure out what you were coaching them to do back then was the right way to swing that club.

Golf, as is baseball, are difficult to master…… all our life we walk around turning our head above our body, and all of a sudden when you pick up a club or a bat you can’t do that, you’ve got to keep that head still and turn your body under your head, and all things considered, that’s not as simplistic or easy to do as it sounds.

Yeah, it is an easy game to play if you do it right, but there are lots of things between your ears that try to prevent it.
