So, how would you organized the conferences of the top 20 or 40 teams? Would you include teams like Bethune-Cookman, Nevada and Idaho?

Maybe the best way to select the teams should be by stadium size, budget, paid coach to athlete ratio, TV contracts and concessions selection. (Pretty much how it is done now, just raised the bar)

You know I favor kicking out schools like Boise State, BYU, TCU and Utah State....at least that hypocrisy would be gone.

So here is my list which would have the potential to maximize what is important. The rest, who cares?

Alabama
Arizona
Auburn
Clemson
Florida
Florida State
Georgia
Georgia Tech
Illinois
Iowa
Iowa State
Jackson State
Kentucky
Louisville
LSU
Michigan
Mississppi State
Missouri
NC State
Nebraska
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Oklahoma
Oklahoma
Ole Miss
Penn State
Rice
San Diego State
South Carolina
Tennesse
Texas
Texas A & M
Texas Tech
UCLA
USC
Virginia Tech
Washington
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Yale

OOC games with Buffalo, Florida A&M, San Diego St. and Cal (Cal was 3-9 last year). The Buckeyes should cruise through this fodder....

In conference, the schedule fall out nicely....I can see the Buckeyes going undefeated into the NC game.

Cal was scheduled years ago when they were good. San Diego State was added when Vandy backed out last year. The Buckeyes always play a MAC team. I don't know why they scheduled Florida A&M. But yes, Ohio State has always had their share of roll over games too. If they want to go to the super conference format, they should remove all those games and add four of the other super conference teams. None of that is lost on me.

Now You Know; You can't have:

florida & Florida St without Miami
Michigan without Michigan St
NC State without North Carolina
and Yale without Princeton

No, they are West Coast teams.
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
