……. I believe it’s a step in the right direction, but I still think they’re going to need antitrust protection from the FEDS. 8)

I don't think there is any question on needing antitrust protection. That is a double edge sword though.

You’re absolutely right about that……. together the States and Schools have billions of dollars invested in their athletic facilities and programs that generate multi-millions of dollars. And considering the past performance of these ‘college sports leaders’, I’d darn well be looking at it with a jaundiced eye too.
