I’m wondering, when considering the NCAA brought it up, as to whether or not those guys are a part of the problem.

Yeah, It is that world in which those guys live. Almost all of them think they walk above the masses.One that I met that wasn't like that was E. Gordon Gee. He was like a very small school president that had big school organization and management skills. He was a good guy, though a little on the nerdy side.
