‘The stars at night are big and bright………

Postby Mountainman » Sat Feb 17, 2024 7:19 pm

……. deep in the heart of Texas’ :?

I also read where Texas has requested that going forward the Longhorns and Texas A&M be scheduled to play one another on Thanksgiving Day, just like the good ole days.

…….and btw the way, the Coach just got a raise.

They are the biggest in the country, so they probably have it.

Oh yeah……….. if it’s ‘FOR SALE’ and that bunch wants it, ‘No problem’. What I’m watching is how Greg Sankey deals with and manages his new conference member.

I get a chuckle out of Texas and their antics, like bumping their Coach’s contract to the highest levels in the conference and floating the notion of an annual Thanksgiving Day game with an old rival, when the Longhorns have yet to play a game as a conference member…….

Hell, the ink is barely dry on their SEC Contract.

They are used to calling the shots. I can't see that changing much.
