……….If that’s the case and Jim is indeed ‘born again’ he needs a consider a refresher course about the Ten Commandments…….. during that little TV interview he maybe crossed or was straddling the line on 3 of ‘em.

This didn't come off to me as a "Come to Jesus" moment ...
What it felt like, as far as I could see it, is there are some "On the Fence" recruits whose parents have a strong Christian belief.
I think this was a Recruiting platform for him.
Maybe I'm wrong. But that's what it seemed like to me, anyway.

Not sure what power the NCAA has, but it appears they are going to try it out.You would think the last thing they would do is flaunt it, but there they go.
