Best 2015 Bowl Games

Postby donovan » Sun Dec 06, 2015 10:27 pm

BYU v Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl will be a money maker and could be wild. Close that they will sell out. Great rivalry, one of the oldest in the nation. This is called the Holy War and though records are not exactly in agreement goes back to 1896. I think this may be a good game. Utah by 16.

I'm not thrilled about the Fiesta. I've been to the Phoenix area many times and it is ok for spring baseball or golf, past that there isn't much to do. I do kind like the Tilted Kilt down by the basketball stadium. Playing Notre Dame is a plus. I'm not making this trip through, I will be a couch potato this bowl season.

Under normal circumstances, the Fiesta would be an appealing game for me. But come on, who am I supposed to cheer for?

Ohio State is one of the teams that got marginalized this year. There were several. This should be a good game and one thing about playing Notre Dame, you get national attention. They are not Houston.

Yes, that is true. Ohio State generally doesn't hurt for national attention, though. Good or bad.

Eric, do what I do when Michgian and Notre Dame play. Root for the mishaps and turn overs. Be glad that the team that loses, lost. Pay no attention to the winner. It is a win win game for you.

Eric, you root for a stadium blackout when the coin is in mid flip.
