There is a saying that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. I think that saying is very appropriate in this case. This is a huge power grab and they will eventually crumble what is left of the current system and build a new one in their image. I think the scales have tipped to the point that no other conferences can survive it.

I am so glad this effort has stalled………. I’m just not a fan of automatic bids or byes. And I’m also getting to the point of having a jaundice eye about Conference Champs now that conferences have so many members.

This is supposed to be COLLEGE FOOTBALL, where you EARN IT ON THE FIELD OF PLAY…. not some child of unmarried parents version of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion MALE COW DEFECATION!!!!!!
