darn, this looks familiar, I know I’v seen this somewhere before........ just can’t seem to recall where it was.

How good is your memory ..?

You may be remembering when it was originally posted back on the old site:
http://web.archive.org/web/200401052344 ... lID=582786

When, if I remember correctly myself, Larry asked us to post our favorite jabs at our rivals.

I think you chimed in a few times during Spence and some Michigan fan's ribs; where you made jabs that would insult one team, then end your line by sticking it to the other.

I believe Spence even made a comment: "There you go, firing from both barrels again."

Ole Larry....... a very passionate Iowa State Fan, as I recall....... yeah, that sounds like something I would do, by chiming in and playing both ends against the middle.

As for my memory, I suppose I’m at the age where on occasion I forget to remember. Seems at times I recall something happened, but the details escape me. That’s the reason I stopped taking my wife to my high school reunion, as there were just too many women coming up and hugging me and whispering in my ear, “How would you like to relive a fond memory???”

As for the application, I knew I’d seen it somewhere before, but was thinking more along the lines of the application for my West Virginia driver’s license or my application to West Virginia University. :P :P :P

Let’s Gooooooooo Mountaineers!!!!!

Close ... sort of. He was a big time Iowa Hawkeyes fan. He hated the Cyclones. Or as he called them, the CyClowns.

 I almost responded; "Apply for enrollment at the university of flerduh, did ya'?"

OMG!!! I remember Rich, Southern Cal fan living in Atlanta. I wonder what ran him off. :(
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

He was a member of this site back when we first moved over here. I don't know what happened to him. All of his posts are deleted, but if you look back, you can still find people who replied to his comments with quote.

I do recall Rich getting more than one warning for excessively using all CAPS in many of his posts. The site administrators had gone in and edited his text to lowercase.

Maybe he got a temporary ban or something, then decided not to come back. :?

I know Larry got a permanent ban by the original admins. A shame. I miss his ramblings.
