It looks pretty weak to me.

It’ll be interesting to see just how the College Football Playoff Committee deals with an undefeated Independent, who happens to have, IMHO, a weak schedule, who’s undefeated, if that happens to be the case.......... and in order to be an instigator and to Prime the Pump of OUTRAGE, just remember what they said about UCF last season.

Ha,ha,ha,ha....... this could be fun.

If Notre Dame is undefeted they are in. Maybe they should, maybe they shouldn't, but one thing is for sure - they play the toughest schedule of any school in the nation every year--- really----just ask them.

Michigan
Stanford
Virginia Tech
Florida State
USC

Coming into the season, you see this as part of a team's schedule, you think; Wow! That's some slate.

Then the season happens, and you see those same opponents then think; hmm, it looked tough in theory.

We'll see how strong the Wolverines are down the stretch.

But, the others are still in question. Stanford looks the best out of the group, so far. And yet, they have been close to implosion pretty much weekly.

Oregon beat Stanford last week every place but where they keep score.

I was actually referring to Stanford's overall play this season, but yeah. Oregon basically gave that game away.

I can assure you if you live in Oregon, they are still carping about that game and nothing basic about it.

No, they literally gave that game up. It was a group effort too. Coaches, players, maybe fate all had a part. It is like they made a mistake and then made six more trying to undo it.

Which is why we play the game ... and not just award paper statistics.

Note to self - forward this message to the NCAA and College Eunuchs.
”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd
