They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

(1.) Michigan State
(2.) Auburn
(3.) Kansas State
(4.) Kansas [they're both 0-5 in conference, and the only common opponent has been K State]
(5.) Ohio State [I'm not so sure ... I have a strange feeling Iowa could win it]
(6.) Notre Dame
(7.) Clemson
(8.) Iowa State
(9.) Stanford [if this were a night game I might've gone the other way]
(10.) Northwestern [but it's in Lincoln and the Huskers need a better win, so meh, we'll see]
(11.) Air Force [either way, should be a good game]
(12.) Oklahoma State [yeah Derek, you're right; this one is like flipping a coin in the dark]
(13.) Ole Miss [almost took Wildcats though]
(14.) TCU
(15.) Alabama
(16.) Miami
(17.) Colorado [the Buffaloes made a fool outta me last time I picked against them]
(18.) Washington
(19.) Arizona
(20.) Fresno State

Dangit!! I knew it ... I wanted so badly to pick Iowa. And I just sat there, trying to rationalize why I should ... then I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and deleted Iowa's name.

It was one of those feelings that said, today will be the Hawkeyes' ... but I had no idea they would win [could win] so decisively.

This game, the Bedlam game, Arizona vs USC, Penn State vs Michigan State, and the Ole Miss vs Kentucky games all had me scratching my head ... these were the ones that made me rethink, and why I waited so long before posting my predictions.

I'm glad I chose Michigan State ... but I can't believe I went against my initial assumption, taking Ohio State ... Bah!!

Ohio State had huge match up problems with Iowa. A good offensive line and an experienced QB. against a green back seven for Ohio State. And as I said last week, Penn State isn't all that either. Ohio State has a chance to won the East and the B10, that is the pinnacle for them this year.

Well, Fresno State did win; but it wasn't easy. BYU really gave them a game.

Ugh. Iowa State gets me again. I sipped too much of the kool aid and talked myself into it.

I did not give Mich State much of a chance. I didnt think they were that decent of a team, but I'm quite glad they won. I felt the Ohio State game was going to be close but go in their favor. Clearly not. What a game for Iowa and with that, the Big 10 has all their eggs in the Wisconsin basket. That is one leaky basket in need of help from alot of places.
