I can't recall ever being more impressed by anyone in the full manner that I have been with Jay's ability to communicate his thoughts. His comments show intellect, sincerity, and true care and consideration about his words and the subject (and people) of which he is speaking. I don't know if he can coach for diddly, but I'd hire him for this alone!
