High School Football

Postby Dossenator » Wed Aug 03, 2011 10:39 am

My hometown, Bentonville, AR, has won 2 of the last 3 7A Arkansas state championships in football. They start this season ranked #1 in the state and #35 in the nation. They return their QB, RB's, and Receivers all from last years Championship team, as well as their linebackers and secondary. They will have some new faces on both lines but should be fine. Bentonville has the largest enrollment of any high school in the state of Arkansas, so they have more kids to pull from. Their coach is Barry Lunney. His son Barry Lunney Jr also coaches with him and is a former starting QB for the Arkansas Razorbacks. I am glad I live 4 miles now from the Bentonville High School football field. You guys now where I will be on Friday nights. Go Tigers!

Rivals has a nice write up about the Tigers:

How are your high school teams set up for the year?

After I sent that I figured that's what it was.

The Spammers are getting pretty ridiculous. :x
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.
