I just would like to reconize this woman for her fight against cancer. I have lost several family members to cancer, so I have seen first hand what a toll it takes on those who choose to fight it. I think that she did it as well as it can be done. She went on and lived her life. That is something that is hard to do once someone puts a date to the end of your life. While I doubt I would agree with much of what she believed in politically, I really admire her for her battle and the way she went about surviving until her body wouldn't let her go on anymore.

There are lots of people who fight and go on in much the same way, but most do not do it in public. That would have to be hard. RIP Elizabeth Edwards.

Absolutely. Cancer and abuse...and she fought the good fight.
