Went to army jump school at Ft. Benning. I have utmost respect for those boys who were in LRRPs.

My brother started and finished his Army career at Ft. Bragg. He spent much of his time out of the country, all over the world, he loved the Army. I think had he not gotten married he would have retired from the Army.

Haha...yeah, pretty much, at least the mantra has always been "Every Marine a Rifleman".

And Donovan, there is nothing wrong with the Army...They are an excellent support group.

Blasphemers! We will not tolerate SEC fans on the west coast. Ok, just kidding. Being new here I don't want to ruffle feathers, but I have a tendancey to be kind of...well...a goof. I like to have fun and poke fun, but it's always good natured.

But seriously, the only SEC team I root for is Vanderbilt. It is bad enough that there is a big Tennessee fan here at work that I have to put up with...it's...horrible.

I do hearby promise to represent the West Coast in general, and the PAC10 specifically, along with the MWC and the WAC, with honor and dignity...to the best of my abilities.

I dont care who wins as long as Notre Dame loses!

I don't care where your from or who you root for, this quote makes you OK in my book. Unless they are playing Michigan, then we just hope for rain.

I hear that they play football on the left coast....I just rarely get to actually see a game televised in hours that I can manage to keep awake.

And the games on the right coast are always during my nap time.

My grandpa was at Fort Benning in the 1940's (Master Seargeant Army).

It would be...you get the prize.....

The 40's those were the days. Ft Benning has a rich history.

The 40's barracks were still there when I went through jump school....I lived in one...a wooden squad bay where guys lived in a common toom that had a head (bathroom) at one end.....

It's changed? That's the way it was when I was there...and there was no rank...everyone had to take off there bars and stripes.....
