I've had some good luck at picking the Home Run Derby champs. I've got 3 of the last 5 right picking Luis Gonzalez, Garrett Anderson, and Miguel Tejada. I missed on the Derby in Milwaukee by picking Konerko and last year I took Carlos Lee.

This year.......I haven't thought too much about it. This is the toughest one I can think of.....I think left-handed hitters have an advantage at PNC Park, so in that case, I'll take Ryan Howard. I do have a feeling about Troy Glaus though.

If I have to pick one, I think Howard will come on the scene because usually someone who is underrated and hasn't been a part of the Home Run Derby comes out and shocks people. He isn't exactly underrated, but I don't think he'll be the favorite in this thing.
