Parachutists That Need A Map

Postby BYUfan1 » Tue Sep 02, 2008 11:32 am

I don't if anyone else caught this story, but on Saturday two parachustists landed at the 35-yard line at Wallace Wade Stadium (Duke vs. James Madison) with a game ball. Howver, Duke didn't schedule the event. The landing was suppose to be at Kenan Stadium for the North Carolina-McNeese State game .

The plane had originally cancelled the event due to bad weather, but when there was a break in the clouds, the jumpers made their leap after all. They didn't realize that they were over the wrong stadium until it was too late.

That's hilarious....
"A team with something to play for is dangerous, but a team with someone to play for is unstoppable..." Arkansas OL Brey Cook quote following the death of teammate Garrett Uekman (Nov. 2011).

And if they do get hurt...make sure someone got it on video. :D
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

My question is how do you mess up the two stadiums? By most accounts, Wallace Wade isn't a nice setting for football and Kenan Stadium is supposed to be one of the prettiest stadiums.
