Louisiana-Lafayette Wins With 6 Players In The Game

Postby BYUfan1 » Sun Jan 08, 2012 11:37 am

On Thursday, Louisiana-Lafayette played Western Kentucky and won in overtime 72-70. Unfortunately for Western Kentucky, the Rajin' Cajuns had six men on the floor for their final position in overtime. The referees nor Western Kentucky seemed to notice ULL had too many players on the floor as they score the winning basket. The Coach of Western Kentucky, Ken McDonald, was fired after the game. There has been speculation that the referees will be suspended, but I have seen an official notice stating that.
