The Dayton Flyers lead 39-18 at the half and went on to defeat the UNC Wilmington Seahawks74-49. The Flyers shot 10-of-26 from 3-point range in the range, and 6-of-15 in the first half. In the first ten minutes of the game, Dayton lead 21-6. Chris Johnson lead the Flyers with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Kevin Dillard, a transfer from Southern Illinois, scored 18 points.
