Horizon League Tournament

First Round Tuesday March 1 hosted by higher seeds

#10 UIC at #3 Cleveland State
#7 Green Bay at #6 Wright State
#9 Youngstown State at #4 Valparaiso
#8 Loyola at #5 Detroit

Second Round Friday March 4 at #1 seed Milwaukee

#3-#10 Winner vs. #6-#7 Winner (That winner gets #2 Butler in Milwaukee March 5)
#4-#9 Winner vs. #5-#8 Winner (That winner gets #1 Milwaukee in Milwaukee March 5)

Championship is Tuesday March 8, 9 pm est on ESPN.

First round games can be seen on Horizonleague.org

My Prediction: Butler wins the Tournament and first round upset will be Green Bay over Wright State

Norris Cole scored 26 points, and Jeremy Montgomery chipped in with 17 as the third seeded Cleveland State Vikings eliminated the tenth seeded UIC Flames with a 73-61 victory in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament. The Flames started out with a 6-0 advantage, but the lead was short-lived as the Vkings went on a 24-4 run after the score was tied at 12. Paul Carter made 13 of 16 free throws and tallied 18 points for UIC.
