American defeated Navy 64-59 to clinch their second straight Patriot League regular season title. American now has home-court advantage throughout the Patriot League tournament. In the battle for the top 2 scorers in the league, Garrison Carr scored 20 points for American, and Kaleo Kina scored 19 for Navy.
