Green Bay-Wright State

The Green Bay Phoenix got 24 points from a player with a bad ankle to defeat the Wright State Raiders 79-69. Senior Alec Brown was a game-time decision because of his injured ankle, but he took control of the game after it was tied at 21 with about seven minutes remaining in the half. Brown went on to score the next 15 points for Green Bay to lead the Phoenix to a 39-36 halftime advantage. To go along with Brown's contributions, Keifer Sykes scored 18 points and dished out 7 assists. For the game, the Phoenix shot 59.6% from the field. In the losing effort, Reggie Arceneaux had 17 points for the Raiders. The Phoenix has now won nine games in a row and is currently 14-3 overall and 4-0 in Horizon League play. Wright State falls to 11-9 and 3-2 in conference action.
