Buck Buchanon was the 1st pick in the draft by the Chiefs (AFL)...AFL and NFL consolidated...aAFL historic pre consolidation #1 picks are counted as "NFL"

I am giving credit for Buchanan, because the AFL and NLF are basically the same thing now. It wasn't a trick question so I believe Buchanan should count.

You still missed one. It isn't listed on that page, if that is a hint.

That page is NFL.com...list of draft firsts. ...official site of the NFL...if it ain't on that page...I protest the validity.

And heck yeah you are giving credit for Buchanan since the NFL official site does.

You did get the number right and that is what the question asked. Ktffan had 11 as his answer. The answer is 12 so you win.

I just go by the answer given. Troy Aikman is the #12 on the list. He was just inducted so I am sure he will be on the list next year. :D

I never got a source reference on that question so I had to look it all up. Sorry it took so long.

Yeah...Troy was inducted..

Make mental note....look to see that pages are updated for current year!!!

So...I lucked out by having a mental hiccup and saying 12...when I meant 11?

LOL.....Who says life isn't good?
