Actually, the only bowls that don't have a sponsor:

Fort Worth (used to be Plains Capital, but they dumped it after low ratings)

Motor City Bowl (not positive if it is represented)

Independence Bowl

The Rose Bowl is the "Rose Bowl Game pres. by Citi", so in a way they are sponsored.
