espn is reporting jimmy clausen will be commit to notre dame.

my 1st thought is - hope he turns out better than his brothers did.

Jimmy Clausen is said to be the best QB prospect in the nation and the best among the Clausen bros. There is no such thing as a can't miss prospect, but like Chris Wells last year, he is about as close as you can get. Fulmer is said to be out of the running on this one.

I don't know much about Marc Tyler.

From the looks of him on ESPN, he appears to be fantastic.

Let's hope he handles all the hype well, has a chance to develop, and has a great career at Notre Dame.
