It's a roll of the dice, to a degree anyway. There are just so many intangibles to account for and some are simply black and white .... you either have them or you don't .... there's no scale. There's always that team chemistry thing too ..... try to define that one sometime.

Throw in injuries, personal stuff, coaching changes, schedule changes to accommodate the TV guys, scandal, weather, home life, girlfriends, temptations, attitudes, egos, and the list goes on and on and on .....
