Postby Eric » Wed Jan 18, 2006 5:23 pm

I love this conference! Cool logos! I think this conference gives us the most exciting brand of football to watch.

Boise State Broncos

Fresno State Bulldogs

Hawaii Warriors

San Jose State Spartans

Louisiana Tech Bulldogs

Idaho Vandals

Nevada Wolfpack

New Mexico State Aggies

Utah State Aggies

1. Nevada
2. Boise State
3. San Jose State

P.S. Fresno State's Bulldog needs some color .... may a couple of weeks at the beach.

Anyway, Fresno State claims that one of it's colors is blue. I see blue on the logo, but none on the football uniform. I don't really get that.

Mountainman,
You're correct about the V. Fresno State is located in the San Joaquin VALLEY.

Nevada
La Tech (WHAT!?)
Idaho

Man, I have some screwed up views on what's "good".

I guess the new site design is going to suck to everyone else, while I think it's "really cool" haha.

But then again, none of those logos are too original, or very graphic-oriented. I mean, NM State is... the state of NM, with some block letters. At least La Tech made the state look like the "L" for an "LT". And what's with Utah State? My girlfriend could design a better logo than that.

Well, we had a very tight finish, but the Wolfpack come through! My Boise State Broncos lost by 2 points!

Nevada slips into the second round of the showdown, and Boise State will get a spot in the Wildcard Showdown.

As for an update, here is what the second round looks like right now:

ACC: Maryland
Sun Belt: Florida International
1A Independents: Army
WAC: Nevada
___________________________ (Wildcard round, 2nd place finishers)

Boston College
Notre Dame
Florida Atlantic
Boise State

By the way, the wildcard round will be its own round. The top two coming from the wildcard will compete with the "conference champions".
