In light of the Court’s Ruling the NCAA has taken a hardline in the event the Court’s Ruling is reversed.
‘NCAA provides clarity on a lingering issue: An athlete who competes in a game over the next 14 days will lose a season of eligibility if the court’s ruling is reversed. It counts.’

Well, Well…………. It looks like the players can play without the threat of losing future eligibility going forward. Seems the Ohio Attorney General, one of seven States who filed a joint motion against the NCAA, has filed a joint motion with the NCAA, who has agreed, to convert a temporary restraining order into a preliminary injunction to last beyond the 14 day window and through the culmination of the spring sports season. All that remains is a Judge’s agreement and signature.
Good on the NCAA for agreeing to let them play without penalty…….. I wonder, could it be that maybe there’s now someone in charge out in Indianapolis with a brain in their head?????
