Well, if Texas A&M can fire their head coach after winning 51-10 ...
Then why not the team who lost that game firing theirs ..?
Mississippi State fires Arnett, and one has to ask is there a reason not to?
Maybe because this is his first season as Head Coach. Maybe because he hasn't coached more than 11 games. Maybe because it's insane to expect instant success in one of the toughest divisions in College Football, especially when changing over from an Air Raid offensive coach to a Defensive guy.
Right now, Dan Mullen is in the booth as the commentary personality for the Pitt/BC game.
It very well could be, he gets a phone call from his agent after the broadcast.
