Congrats to everyone...

Postby openSkies » Sun Jan 15, 2006 5:10 pm

Since the boards creation on Decemebr 28th, it has received over 65,000 hits!

Yikes. That's only 18 days, for an average of about 3,600 hits per day.

(Can you believe it hasn't even been three weeks since this new board was put online? Seems like at least a month and a half).

Also, the message board main page is THE MOST POPULAR page on CollegeFootballPoll.com (excluding the homepage, obviously). It took the first place position away from the 'Bowl Games' page a few hours ago.

Thanks, everyone, for making this venture so amazing. I can't believe the numbers I'm seeing from this.

Even though some of us resisted, this board has turned out very well. Hopefully by the end of next September we will have a couple of hundred active members on the message board. 65,000 is an amazing number for a few weeks. If 1% of those would hop on board here this board would be hoping.

Hey, our river is the only one in the country that people don't throw cigarettes into...you never know if it'll light the river on fire...again.
