Virginia Tech - v - Old Dominion ...

Postby Cane from the Bend » Fri Sep 02, 2022 11:22 pm

-------------------------------------------------------------

They've played 4 times in history ...

As of tonight, the series is tied 2-2

This is how to start a season in disaster for the Hokies. These are the games you're supposed to use as a warm up for the real schedule. They have Boston College up next. I don't know if they'll get past that one. They may have to wait for the Wofford, in week three, before they get their first win.

For ODU; they are now Sun Belt members, along with Marshall.

The Monarchs were forecast to finish in last place within their division. I'd bet they are feeling pretty good about their chances going forward. These wins not only give you momentum for the road ahead. They also legitimize your presence as a building program.

At least it's not as bad as Charlotte.

William & Mary beat them 41-24

FAU's 43-13 win over the 49ers looks a little less impressive, now.

The state of Virginia must be off kilter tonight.
