Good News for College Football........

Postby Mountainman » Wed Sep 16, 2020 10:45 am

”We’re already in a time where the on-field aspect of College Football is almost a distraction. It’s an era filled with handwringing about player empowerment, NCAA deregulation, the transfer portal and realignment all while the sport generally moves toward a professional model.” ~ Dennis Dodd

Correcting a very dumb decision.

My two cents worth....... the decision to close the seasons would have not happened if Jim Delany would have still been the Commissioner. The conference got caught in transition of leadership during a time they needed a tough, strong and smart leader to tell the narcissistic, hand-wringers what to do and how to do it. 8) 8) 8)

I’m a little pissy today because West Virginia’s narcissistic hand-wringers today refused to release the findings they say lead to the discharging of Coach Vic Koenning earlier this year......... and btw, the kid who started all this stuff has opted out of playing this season.

I think that is right. If Delany was the commissioner they would be on their being playing their 3rd game Saturday. Delany kept the presidents in check, Warren doesn't seem to be about to get that done.

Little doubt that when watching the antics of those governing College Football one would be wise to keep their sense of humor if indeed they value their sanity......

Enjoyed those two "shorts" for sure. A real comment on the politics of the situation.

Well, we're under way for sure in the 2020 season no matter how it turns out.

having some fun, Swamp Daddy 8)

Looks like on November 28th Kentucky will get their second punch.

I wonder if you can get a receipt with those.
