I was debating Wisconsin and Michigan. Plenty of good teams to choose from so, in the end, I just decided nope still can't stand Harbaugh.

......a couple of things that influenced my Michigan choice, Urban Meyer and Dwayne Haskins.

Cane, I think you need to define a time frame you have to pick before you pick a team for them. This is your game, so you set the rules.

We all get pretty busy and I didn't even think about this until today after making my first round pick a few days ago.

Don't want to run up to season start before we are done with picking. 8)
They’re either going to run the ball here or their going to pass it.

The fewer rules a coach has, the fewer rules there are for players to break.

See, well ya see, the thing is, he should have caught that ball. But the ball is bigger than his hands.

You may very well be right.

I sent Billybud a reminder pm.

After that, We'll move to a 15 hour clock. That should give me enough time to check back in every so often to see if anyone has posted a team pick. [and potentially get some rest in there somewhere]

So, to clarify; After Billybud's next pick, there will be a 15 hour window for Derek to post his Round 2 team.

The clock will start at the half hour mark after each person's pick.

Meaning, if Billybud were to post his Round Selection @ 10:12 pm, Derek's clock will officially start @ 10:30 pm.

Here were the rules for the time limit from previous years:

Should you not lock in you choice within the allotted time frame, you are bumped to last pick of the Round.

[even should you be bumped, you will maintain your natural Round selection in each successive rotation.]

(yes, that means if you hold the 1rst pick, should you be bumped, you will have two team selections back to back ... and yes, this will carry over each Round you are skipped, meaning you could wind up with 3 or more picks piled atop of each other)

Yeah, those spammers have a lot of time on their hands.

I'm gonna talk with Spence about steps to stop it, and we might bring it to a vote. Cause I'm tired of deleting their ID's. 8) 8)

Second Round: LSU
Third Round: Florida

For the 4th round, I am going to finally leave the SEC....providing the team is still available.

Should I pick now or wait????? I believe I read in the rules where billy bud is bumped to the bottom of this current 3rd round.

If any event, if that’s not the case I’ll rescind my pick.

My pick for the third round is Boise State.

Derek, our conferences are already clashing.

Miami v Florida week zero,
Georgia v Notre Dame week four.

Actually, you are capped for the number of teams you can take from the SEC.

A participant may take a maximum of 3 teams from any one NCAA FBS conference. And a maximum of 2 teams from the same division of any one NCAA FBS conference.

You're all SEC'd out, you could say.

Technically it was a bump to the end of the current round, which was round 2.

Seeing as Derek has selected both his 2cnd & 3rd round teams, it is back around to Billybud, where he can make his own 2cnd & 3rd round picks.

The Time Limit rule went into effect after Derek made his picks; and seeing that Derek posted his selections at what looks to be 4:47 eastern time, Billybud's Clock started at 5:00 pm, with a cutoff at 8:00 am.

If Billybud does not post his Round 2 & 3 teams by then, he will be bumped to the end of round 3, between my 3rd and 4th round picks.
