It turned out to be pretty good....
Had the crab and lobster mix left over from last night's crab/lobster/croissant sandwiches....this morning, not too "fishy", the sauce and eggs went well together.

Good for you. I was worried about you but when you have crab and lobster for dinner and then for breakfast...going to find someone else to worry about.

Nope...don't worry about BB...
We have years of experience preparing meals from the sea. On the boat while cruising for a couple of weeks, we often ate what we caught.
Florida lobster and crab....oysters pryed off a bar, yellow tail, black grouper, cobia....but not conch (protected in Florida waters...and not my favorite anyway).
