It just goes over and over and over. Punishment of everyone who was never involved, on a case where the perpetrator acted independent of the institution and when realized, Missouri immediately called the 'cops.'

And I hope they win it. Sounds pretty ridiculous, from what I've read, for the university to receive anything other than a "thank you for bringing this up, we'll deal with her".
