I don't think they're getting their butts kicked ... I think it's more that they are confused.

The Clemson D line keeps shifting the wrong direction on the snap.

But now, Bama is under the marker. They've been a good passing team this year. Clemson's Defense is clearly the best pass protect unit the Tide have seen so far. And there is no way that Bama can win this unless they go to the air.

Can you imagine being an Alabama defensive player in that locker room right now..?

I'm sure Saban is having a nice little chat with his team.

Clemson's dline is playing well. They are going to give up some yards over pursuing because of the aggressiveness. Tua has to see where it is coming and execute the screen. That is how you attack an aggressive d. Alabama better score in the first possession of the second half or they are done. If you want to see what happens when you really don't play a good schedule and then come into a game with athletes that can match yours, this is it. Clemson's Dline is the key to this game, that and Bama's weak backfield.

What Clemson could do, is have a 2 spy set. One on Tua, the other on the Running Back.

Bama going back to basics to start the half....

I was actually thinking this today at work: look who Bama has faced this season and beat. Clemson has played one ranked team I think. I didn't think Clemson would be battle tested. I knew that Clemson had the defensive front and the passing offense to give Bama some troubles, but not this. One more Clemson score without Bama scoring soon, and I might going to bed.

Well that didn't look any type of success. Fake FG, even the announcer said it before it was snapped.

You have to wonder. How often does Bama practice that play? They usually don't find themselves in that spot.

Dabo needs to take his time between plays, but stay aggressive, and keep the pressure on.

If they get conservative, it will bite them.
