The American is looking ugly....Army exploded Houston 70-14... and Memphis (in the American CCG) was beaten by Wake (#6 in their division).

Houston looked very, very overmatched...the Wake-Memphis game looked like even-stephen matching.

What a phenomenal season for Army West Point Football. Now in back to back seasons: Won a bowl, Won the Commander in Chief trophy, and Beat Navy.
The dominant bowl win just gave them the most wins in program history. Granted they haven't played more than 10-11 games for the vast history but still a great accomplishment. Ran for over 500 yards and recorded 10 sacks. Army's 70 tied for most points ever scored in a bowl and largest margin of victory in any bowl game. And for those that were keeping count, the push up total was 383

I agree the Memphis/Wake game was pretty even and entertaining. After a 1st half sprint, things really slowed down at half. Actually seemed the defenses began to settle in mid 2nd quarter. Some careless mistakes by both teams helped in that. Memphis was in the conf title game but they didnt dominant the conference like UCF. Pitt was also in a conf title game but no mistake Clemson was on a different level all season.

Did anyone see Lieutenant General Darryl Williams, Superintendent at West Point, doing push-ups for every point every time Army scored???

Now there’s my kind of guy....... 8)

Army had two losses...I could see the 21-28 loss to Oklahoma...but the 14-34 loss to Duke was surprising.

They really had a running game going against Houston.

Speaking of 10 sacks, which is a massive number to accumulate in one game.

Anybody watch the Hawaii Bowl --- Louisiana Tech obliterated Hawaii's QBs, with 9 sacks.

La Tech, #45 Left Side DE: Jaylon Ferguson, got 2.5 sacks in the game, giving him 45 career sacks, to become the player with the most sacks in College Football history.

While his teammate, and counterpart, #85 Right Side DE: Willie Baker, recorded 4 sacks of his own.

This was another good match up into the 3rd ... then Louisiana Tech's offense found its rhythm and simply pulled away.

That Buffalo vs Troy outing was a pretty fun watch, too.

Buffalo and Troy was indeed a fun game........ I started watching the Hawaii and LaTech, but when I woke-up Matt Dillion was putting the moves on Miss Kitty at the Long Branch Saloon. 8)
