Utah - UCLA

Postby Cane from the Bend » Sat Nov 04, 2017 12:04 am

Utah's offense is just destroying the Bruin' D. UCLA simply can't do anything to stop the Utes right now.

Utah has scored 3 touchdowns so far in the third quarter, and there is still 7 more minutes before the start of the fourth.

UCLA got their first stop of the half ... though it doesn't mean much when you go a quick 3 & out.

14 minute left, one of UCLA's best defensive players is injured. Utah just kicked a field goal, and is now leading 41 - 10.

The Utes are slapping the Bruins back into obscurity.

Of all the games this year, Utah manhandled UCLA more than any other contest. Complete domination. I loved it.

Utah posted 3 TD's on the Bruins in 8 minutes?!?!? Were there turnovers or onside kicks involved?

UCLA went 3 & out.

Utah's 2cnd possession of the 3rd quarter was a 10 play drive for a touchdown, which took 4 mins & 25 seconds.

UCLA went 3 plays & out.

Utah opened their 3rd drive of the 2cnd half with a 43 yard pass. Two plays later, they were in the end zone for a third time in the quarter. That possession took all of 1 minute & 7 seconds.

Anyone hear them say UCLA gives up over 300 yards rushing a game, worst in the nation. After watching some of those pass plays, the secondary isnt much to brag about either. Of the 2 LA schools, this is the one I can almost tolerate but then I hear Bill Walton and all hope is lost again.

Walton just wears me out. His coloring goes outside the lines.
