ACC stability

When UL joined the ACC all TV rights were assigned to the conference for 10 years; so, even if you leave the ACC (horrible buyout) your TV rights stay behind. This has created a barrier to isolate the ACC if another wild round of musical chairs and expansion take place in college football. It seems to be a good thing so far. Weekly, I thank my stars we got in the ACC and not the Big 10 or Big 12; it seems to be a good fit for us and travel is reasonable...

I think the next move will be an 8 team playoff with the regular season cutting back one or two games.

Depends on who is in charge. :D

I'd say power 5 champs, 2 high ranking teams, 1 from all the rest out there.

That's 4 Conference Champs, 3 SEC Teams, and notre dame when bowl eligible [otherwise a 4th SEC team by default] ...
