Week 3 with a bang !

Week 3 started well for the crowd here. #10 UL scores over 60 for the 3rd straight week rolling #2 Florida State. Lamar Jackson's lowest output of the season but he beats FSU. Francois run out of the game. 10 cosmetic points scored against our #2 squad very late in the game. FSU overrated? Probably so; Louisville underrated - YES !

Good win, no doubt about it. There is, in my opinion, a certain arrogance in the South that their football program is so far superior than the rest of the nation that every win and every loss supersedes anything else that happens.

I suspect that FSU will bounce back and if Louisville can get humble, with their schedule they will go undefeated. Game was so lopsided hard to take away any real information what was going on. For sure the commentators were clueless. Became a channel flipper.

Normal mid-level power Marshall falls 65-38 to the Akron Zips I mention this in passing as they are UL's next opponent. A decade in the past, or more, Marshall has given UP trouble but I doubt much will be in doubt this time.
