Hey, to add the avatars (images on the left margin), do the following:
Click PROFILE on the top navigation menu
Scroll down to the last section of the page
Select SHOW GALLERY
Change the CONFERENCES pull-down to TEAMS, click GO
Select your team logo
Hit SELECT AVATAR
