Is it possible that problems get resolved and we move on? Rape is serious, so there is no problem getting the facts right, but how about some timeliness to all of this? It was no secret how FSU handled the issue. If they erred, then that was known a long time ago.

I don't know what the truth is in this case, but if the legal system seems to think that there isn't enough evidence to go forward this seems to be a witch hunt. I hope the guilty pay for their crimes, but when the law says "there is nothing here" why keep pushing it. If there are people who are covering up a crime in the legal system then go after them. I don't see how the department of education brings anything to this discussion except maybe to appease the PC crowd. If this is a legal matter, get to the bottom of it. Past that tell the department of education to go work on something they are qualified to deal with.
