Favorite Super Bowl Commercial?

Postby Eric on Sun Feb 07, 2010 11:39 pm

I loved a few of them. The one that takes the cake for me is the Snickers ad with Abe Vigoda and Betty White. Hyundai was pretty good too with Brett Favre, and the Doritos with the kid telling his mom's boyfriend what to do with himself was good as well

Those were my favorites as well...I would also throw in the Punksatony Palamolu (not sure of the spelling)...I laughed at that one. I also enjoy the E trade commercials with the babies.

Dorritos was my favorite...don't touch my momma and don't touch my dorritos.

I always miss the commercials. I think I am genetically dispositioned to tune them out. I can watch the whole game and miss all the commercials.

I saw some of them...as I get older the more sophomoric they seem to become. I did think the Letterman, Winfrey and Leno ad was clever.

the dorritos commercial hands down  altho the editing and camera work could have been done by some kid on you tube

running a close second was the baby investor commercial (can't remember the name of the company) any way, the one where the baby girl stuck her head in and said "milk-a-what???"

favorite part of the game was the pick off at the end
he never missed a beat like he had been practicing that play all week with the colts

My almost favorite play of the game was Malcom Jenkins just fingertips away from an interception, but getting the breakup. My favorite play was the onside kick. Coach had huge ........uh....b...guts  calling that play. It was "the" momentum changer in the game and caught the Colts completely off guard. It was one of those genius if it works and idiot if it doesn't calls. The kind of call that could get a guy fired if it didn't work. But it did and I loved it.

I was rooting for the Saints, only because they had the most Buckeyes - I'm not a homer NFL fan, I just kind of root for players not teams.

I liked the Megan Fox Motorola commercial for its progressivity (is that a word?).

What commercials? I have an amnesiac brain when the game isn't on.
The preceding statements are solely the opinion of GoBoilers and are, therefore, probably not based whatsoever on fact, research or more time in thought than what was required to physically type them. They're probably correct anyway, so you shouldn't argue too much, because otherwise he'll just blather on forever. On the internet Al Gore invented.
