Well I am opposed to a college playoff system for reason I have elaborated before... What all these playoff systems do is to extend the seasons...and that is not necessarily good. Prime example in my opinion...We now have world series games in freezing temperatures and rain storms... In all activiti...

I particularly got a kick out of Holtz defending ND's bowl losses stating they were always playing top teams in those bowls. That just says that they have not been a top team and should not have qualified for the bowls they were in. Exactly. Does anybody think for a reason why Notre Dame has lost s...

How do two players just now become academically inelgible after four year of passing...? 1. Georgia just overlooked issues and no other school was concerned? 2. Virginia Tech heard rumors and blew the whistle? I find these kind of things amazing.  This is Georgia Tech.....Not the Bulldog...

It was a thrashing. BYU's program has had some major revisions in the last few years. I think they were better than many had noticed. Also BYU has the same benefit that Notre Dame has when they play. The fans will pack the stadium no matter where the venue. Only green in the stadium was the turf.

The TCU game is a good example of too many teams going to bowls. When you take the aggregate win loss of all games played it will be 1:1 loss ratio. Using that as a guide line you can predict how good of match ups are possible at the lower end of the scale. In a year when you have a lot of 7 and 5 t...

No,,, Has nothing to do with records. Somebody at the BCS KGB headquarters has to realize that this systems needs major corrections and adding or subtracting schools is only going to make matters worse. Too many bowls, too many teams.

Here's an idea for the BCS: Have 4 BCS games and allow 2 at-large bids OK...have the champs of the three conferences with a CCG and any other two from non CCG conferences. Oh yeah...and have a rule that your end of season SOS must bein the top 30 to go to a BCS game. Ohio State would not go this ye...
