VY is pretty consistently ranked as the best player of the BCS era...yet no one has a Heisman from that year.

What drives me crazy is that Miley Manziel won the Heisman for beating Bama... and he nearly had the football folly of the year when he bobbled the ball, and it just happened to fall back in his arms.

Do any of you know the back story about Jameis and Texas? Apparently he or his coach said he wanted to go to Texas, and like every Freshman QB that has a great game, a firestorm came from the media about how Mack sucks for not recruiting him.

Have any of you watched Blue Mountain State? If you have not, it is the best show ever on Netflix. Think Animal House meets Varsity Blues. Why is this the ONE time the media refuses to play The Race Card?

I personally believe the NCAA is classist, not racist. It certainly discriminates against athletes that are not counseled by personal attorneys or educated and well off parents.

Just like every other season, at this point, I've convinced myself that Texas is going undefeated, winning each game by a 100.

Texas might have a legit shot at being great...just as long as Chris Simms doesn't show up and take Major Applewhite's OC job.
